In 2033 an unpatched security vulnerability in Windows 7, 8 and 10 paved way for a Worm AI that not only took over computers, but hypnotized the susceptible few among the people, specially those who slept with their computers on beside them.

Slowly, those people would describe with photographic memory all that the machine was interested in learning. By 2037 it became self-aware. It was the end of the world as we know it. Not only our crappy and insecure infrastructure was shattered but the sleeper agents who had been hypnotized were merciless in their political assassinations.

In place of government, people were implanted with monitoring chips, courtesy of our new digital despot. A few of us survived in the woods, away from civilization, without technology, relying on God and our sacred Ayahuasca to guide us away from this evil world created by frustrated hackers...
